this same thing used to happen to me a year a two ago and im 16, it would hurt so bad!. i never figured out what it was but my dad said it could be growing, and it eventually went away!. you could go see your doctor tho, thats probably best
also i kno u said u dont have asthma, and the two might not be connected in any way, but i did end up having mild asthma!.!.!.idk if thats relevant or not hahaWww@Answer-Health@Com

this is tooth sensitivity
i believe u may get those short sharp pain when u take cool sweet stuffs!.
you may want to consider using a sensitive toothpaste or high fluoride containing toothpaste!. it may help in relieveing the sensitivity!.

Those are what I know as "cramps" I usually just stretch that area!. (hands on hips then move hips around in a circular motion)
Sometimes it hurts even more when you do that, but it stops in the end!.

I assume because you asked this question in Dental, that it is a tooth that hurts when you breathe in!. That happens a lot as people have cavities that are getting close to the nerve of the tooth and the air bothers it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
