I'm not an expert but Blackish/Brown marks on your gums doesn't sound good, I'd ask your dentist if I were you, in the mean time use the strips on your teeth if you want, biut get a good mouthwash like listerine, use it twice a day and make sure you swill it for a good 30 secs or more, Embrace the burn!Www@Answer-Health@Com
the strips have a time you leave them on on the back of the box I think it's like five to ten mins!.!.!.!.I could be wrong but if you have brown spots on your gums you need to go to a denist!. If you have had them all of your life it could be a brith mark type thing!. I have a brown mark on the roof of my mouth, I've had it most of my life and my dinest was concerned that it may be cancer but it wasn't, if yours has just come about there may be a problem and you dinest can fix it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use the product according to directions!. If you truly have black or dark brown spots on your gums, you need more than whitening strips, which by the way will do nothing for your gums!. You need to see a dentist immediately, you may have a severe bout of gum disease!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Man, those things suck!.!.!.you get like one chance to get them on before they get sticky, then they leave a bad taste in the mouth, and after like a minute I'm sitting there scrubbing my teeth to get it off, go for the whitening trays, they cost a little more, but totally worth itWww@Answer-Health@Com
tooth whitening stuff won't affect your gums as far as lightening the colors, because gums are tissue and teeth are closer to bones!.
