A sore in my mouth, thats a HOLE!?!

Question: A sore in my mouth, thats a HOLE!!?
okay, the other day i started to get a pain in my mouth, between my lip anad my gum!. Righ in the middle!.

And when i looked at it, its actully a HOLE! I looked online at pictures, btu it does not look like anything listed!. and it does not have liqid in it like a regular cold sore!. Its just a little hole, and it is painfull!.

I just put poroxide on it, and it fuzzed up a lot!. and I was worried that it was the beging of a gun disease, but it dosent look like that either!. so i am %100 clueless to what it is!.

I was really hoping someone could tell me what it might be, and hopefully if/how i can get rid of it before it gets bigger!.
(and hopefully without having to go to the dentist!! no insurence)

PLEASE let me know if you have any clue to that this is!.

thank you so much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like a canker sore to me!. Don't eat a lot of spicy food, or fruits and rinse your mouth a few days with warm salt water!. You can get an over the counter medication for it, I suggested Kanka liquid as it forms a covering over the sore itself and helps it from getting further irritated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It just sounds like an ulcer to me!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.which is fairly common and nothing to worry about!. Rinse your mouth with warm salty water a few times a day, or use an antibacterial mouth wash a few times a day over the next couple of days and it will start to heal over!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if u can make a picture for it and post it to me i can help, other wise a dentist should seeWww@Answer-Health@Com

I can't tell you what the hole might be, but that is alarming!

I assume you ruled out a canker sore!?

I want to caution you to NOT use hydrogen peroxide!. It damages healing tissues and can cause sores to take longer to heal!. The bubbling doesn't mean anything; it will fizz on a freshly cut potato, too!.

Hospitals and ambulances no longer use hydrogen peroxide to clean wounds (good old soap and water!)!.

If you have medical insurance, your doc might be able to help you figure it out!. As a last resort, try a minute clinic!. I think it's about $25 and the nurse practitioner should be able to tell you whether it's something to worry about!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
