I have Invisalign, and YES people do notice that I am wearing them!. I get "Hey, what's this shiny thing on your teeth!?" all the time, but I really don't mind =)
You can tell because there are little bumpy things on the front (it's tooth-colored glue) to make the trays really hold onto your teeth!.
To sum things up: Yes it's a little noticeable, but nothing like braces!. Just don't expect something completely invisible, cause you'll be disappointed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, once you are used to wearing them and talking with them in, you will be fine!.
