it's okay if you do chew it sometimes, but i wouldn't do it on a regular basis!. this happened to my mom!. she use to chew ice NON-STOP!. it broke 2 of her back teeth, and she had to get them pulled, i think!. i don't think you would want this to happen to your pearly whites!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
