Answers:
Whitening your teeth with swollen gums is not a good idea!. This will only irritate them more!. To make the swelling go down make sure you brush and floss them!. I know flossing is a hassle, but if you floss everyday, it will help!. You can use the crest white strips if you want to whiten at home!. Sometimes when you get your braces off you have white spots where the braces were, and whitening should help blend it!. But I would definitely not whiten if your gums are inflammed at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well just give your gums more time to get use to the fact that you don't have braces anymore they will heal quick!.No,they won't affect your teeth on being properly whitened!.Only is you keep brushing your teeth and floss!.You don't need any treatment if they really hurt put a dab of Abesol on but don't use to much remember your getting your teeth whitened !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
