Using Whitening toothpaste, strips, trays, or mouthwash when you have braces can be very harmful!. A little once and awhile won't hurt, but all the time is bad!. The cement weakens and braces can start to loosen!.

no, i use it all the time and ive had my braces for 2 1/2 years, i have never had a problem with it!. im even getting them off on the 23rd!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yeah it is bad!! It will whiten your teeth but leave a square where youre bracket has been!! don't do it your teeth will not look right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would think that when you got them taken off the spots under your braces won't be as white, but your dentist could whiten them evenly for you when they come off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
