I'm a dental assistant for 14 years!.!.the crest strips work just fine!.!.make sure you brush and floss first,then leave them on for the recommended time,and brush after!.!.you should notice a difference after about a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com
they work ok but theyre not very good, if you want some better whitening formula that isnt very expensive go to your dentist and ask for day white or night white(this one works the best) its not that much more expensive than the ones you find in the store but they work so much better and theyre guranteed to work, try them they will make you feel like smiling all the time after you use them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
