My brother has braces & uses them, although he says they are pretty uncomfortable!.

Crest whitening strips are the best at home treatment!.
Don't use them with braces though!. When your braces come off, you'll have stains where the brackets were!. Your best bet is to wait until your braces come off!.
An even better alternative is to do in office bleaching!. It is pricey, but so worth it!. And, it lasts longer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
