you cannot remove plaque on your own!. plaque is TARTAR!. you really have to go to the dentist to have it removed or else the supporting structures of your teeth might weaken!. if it weakens then that's the start of gum problems, if neglected bone loss will occur and therefore movement of your teeth will happen, if still neglected then tooth loss will happen!. do you want that to happen to you!? having your teeth cleaned regularly by your dentist is the cheapest preventive measure that you can do to have great teeth!. don't wait til it's too late, not only will it be hefty in the pocket but it can cause a lot of pain and insecurities for your part!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
