What are some suggestions for vitamins or minerals to help gums and teeth?!

Question: What are some suggestions for vitamins or minerals to help gums and teeth!?
I have found vitamin C and calcium a help in keeping gums in good condition, along with flossing!. Would anyone else have any more suggestions!? Sometimes there are things that can be obtained from a vitamin/herb supply store that can help reduce the amount of trips to a dentist, what do you think!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
CoQ10 (oxygenates, & is expensive--should be taken withsome sort of fat)!.

Silica, as in Fossil Shell Flour / *food grade* diatomaceous earth!. The ground is low in silica, thus so is the food supply!. DE & the herb Horsetail are both high in Silica!. Horsetail tincture is made from the herb!. The silica in FG DE / FSF is water soluble!. FG DE / FSF can be taken 'as is', and is *cheap*!. It is sold as an "anti-caking agent" (FDA approved), & used in grains & flours, etc!. Sold mostly online!. Only a few feed & pet stores carry it!. (It is showing many other beneficial properties & actions, besides the silica content!.)

Silica also reportedly helps the body absorb &/or use calcium!. It is actually Very Beneficial for Many body tissues! Email me for links to the best online info sites that I've found!.

Regular flossing after eating is necessary to keep bits of food out of pockets near teeth, where they can rot & start disease!.

Rinsing with diluted oil of Oregano or diluted hydrogen peroxide, keeps tartar from forming in places where the brush & floss cannot reach!.

CAUTION:
*Brushing* with bicarb &/or FSF can ERODE tooth enamel!

I *heartily* agree!.!.!.
