Question: Teeth whitener!!!?

so i heard that if you brush your teeth with baking soda it will get it whiter, but how do you use the baking soda!? Do you just sprinkle it onto your toothbrush!? And do you do this regularly, weekly, or monthly!?

i know baking soda is a good cleaning agent
