Question: Braces tightening your opinions please!?
It didnt hurt too much after I got my braces put on!.!.!.but for you all that have had adjustments, did you think it hurt more than when the braces were put on initially or less!?

When you first get braces, they purposely give you a very thin archwire so you can just get used to the brackets!. I got my braces tightened on Wednesday and it kept on hurting until Friday!. It hurts more, but it is more comfortable because when you first get braces, you are really just trying to get used to them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It hurts a different amount every time, depending on how much the orthodontist is changing!.!.!. For me the worst part was spacers, I don't know if you had to have those, but those were the worst out of everything braces related!. Tightening really isn't that bad, trust me, pain is like my worst enemy, lol!. And, the more times you have had them tightened, the less it hurts the time after that!. Its not as bad as when you first get them on!. For me it only hurt for like 3 days!. But it didn't hurt really to eat just after I ate it would hurt!. If you don't think about them , you'll feel it less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Different pain, 1st on is dental prying, jamming, metal scraping, poking, scratching etc, 2nd one, is jaw and head ache which pain killer helps with, take some before you go so when you walk out sore you won't notice!Www@Answer-Health@Com
