2!. how long should i wait b4 and after for brushing!? i am talking about the classics and therefore they take 30 minutes and 2 times daily!.

After removing the strips from wearing them for 30 mins!. u should rinse with water first, swishing it around in your mouth as if it was mouthwash and brush!. The strips do tend to make your teeth sensitive, especially if u leave them on for more than the recommended 30 mins!. so sensodyne would be a good toothpaste to use!. I personally think that they should be used at home due to the fact that they do make u salivate a little more plus u will need to brush afterwards!. They absolutely do work and depending on the color of your teeth before use, most see an immediately difference after the first day!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Good Luck !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Remember to brush after and NOT before and also when placing the strips on, try to avoid placing them on your gums, of course they will touch the gum area but for example use more of the strip to fold behind the teeth than to put on the gum!.!.!.hope u get what I mean!.!.!.!.!.!.!.It is a good productWww@Answer-Health@Com

1!. When I first used them I generated a lot of saliva!. I wouldn't suggest going out in public for a few days!.

I used the night white ones, they are kind of messy and hard to stay in place but they work awesome!. You can deffinitely notice you have them in and it is normal to have a lisp while having them in!. Iwas instructed to brush my teeth before use, but they leave a residue that is hard to not brush off!. I'd stick to a whitening tooth paste like close up or crest vivid white!. As far as combining whitening strips and whitening toothpaste i'd advise you to just give your dentist a quick call, all those chemicals can't be good for your enamel and you don't want to mess with or weaken your teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why use the 30 minute ones when there are the almost instant ones available!? I tried the 30 minute ones when they first came out and hated them didn't even get through the box, made me feel like I had terrible cotton mouth!. The quick dissolve ones ROCK I use them every morning and night, right after I brush!. In the morning I put them on right after I take a shower and they are gone before I'm even drying my hair!. If you're sticking with the 30 minute one because of price, I saw the other day Wal-mart has their own quick dissolve ones now too, haven't tried them though!. Best of luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Personally, I hated using Crest Whitestrips!. They made me drool a lot (not sure why) when I used them, and they feel really strange on your teeth!. I guess it's better than using a gel tray in that you don't really have to rinse afterwards (although I don't see how you could NOT rinse!.!.!. I brushed my teeth twice after I used one because it felt so slimy)!.
Honestly if you use a whitening toothpaste paired with a whitening mouthwash at night, you will see a definite improvement!. It won't be as fast as using the Whitestrips, but they will end up just as white, and cheaper!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yea you cant tell they are even in ur mouth, you can talk regular!. I cant remember the brusing rules, but it tells you in the packet they give you!. They do work!. It fades off though in like a month after ur done, but they DO work!. I would just rinse with water after taking them off!. I dont think it matters what toothpaste you use, I didnt use either of the 2 you listed an it was sparkling white anyway ha!. hey i wouldnt pass on this product to any of my friends and family they have a awful taste that mixes with your saliva and its not a pretty picture it burned and they left this awful taste in my mouth the whole day!.!.!.!.!.!. sorry to bring down the product you seemed eager to use!.!.!.!.!. but they really are terrible!. just as a side note after all i put up with with the strips i noticed my teeth to only be a tiny bit whiter so i would not recommend this product!.!.!.!.!.!.

You know!.!.!.they are slimey and sort of gross, and it is hard to have a conversation with them in!. they slip around and are noticable!. There is so much goo, that I brush immediately after!. So even though they are somewhat gross!.!.!.they really do work, and after one week, you WILL notice a difference!. I have tried many, and Crest original whitestrips work the best!. You are better off paying 300 or so and have a dentist make custom whitening trays for you and the solution runs around 30!. You're teeth will be much whiter and it lasts a lot longer!. You might have to pay the 30 dollars again every 3 years or so, but you're teeth will always be whiter than with any off the counter whitening product!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used them and loved it!. I get so many complements on my smile!. They do cause some tooth sensitivity, but I had that before also!. I leave them on while watching TV or reading a magazine!. I have tried the white strips and it is a big hassle with little gain - I did britesmile and it is worth the money - I went to a britesmile spa and it lasted 5 years with no problem - probably costing less in the end than buying all of these strips!
