I am a dentist!.
I use plain Colgate with fluoride (I don't like the whitening toothpastes as they sometimes irritate my gums!.)!.
Use a mouthwash without alcohol (alcohol has been shown to contribute to cancer in the mouth)!. Act is a good one (it has fluoride)!.
And you didn't ask but my favorite floss is Reach Weave Fluoride from Johnson and Johnson!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
