The time's i've looked at it, I can't see it, but I can feel it with my tongue!.

Well from a nursing standpoint, I'd suggest looking at the rash and see what color it is!.!.
If it's white in color, then it's likely it's a 'yeast' infection!.!.!.
If reddened it can be many things such as you burning the roof of your mouth either with hot food or hot liquids!.!.!.
It's pretty tricky to say without actually seeing it!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
