Question: Some advice about my retainer please, it's rather urgent!?
So I have a dentist appt!. tomorrow to check up on my retainer!. The problem is that it doesn't fit because I haven't worn it in 2 weeks!. And when I put it in, it causes an immense amount of pressure on my upper molars!. I'd really like some advice on what to do, I don't want my dentist or parents mad at me!.
Anything you have to say would be helpful!.!. and I know I shoulda just worn it in the first place >_<Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry, I don't have a retainer, but I do have braces!.!.!. Anyway, what you should do it not to force your retainer into your mouth, and just tell your ortho that you haven't worn it!. But, if you don't want to get in trouble, I think you should just try to wear your retainers overnight, or before you go!. Hope this helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com
