Triangle elastics on braces?!
Question: Triangle elastics on braces!?
I just got these on both sides of my teeth and they are EXTREMELY uncomfortable!. I asked my orthodontist how long im supposed to wear them not a good enough answer though!. How many times am i supposed to change them!? Do they break easily!? I can barely talk and id like to know how long am i supposed to have em on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

change them once a day, and take them off when you eat!.!. They dont break easy though, so dont worry!.!. just wear them untill the next time you see him!. There is no spesific time it all depends on how your teeth react to them !.!. The " uncomfortable-ness" will go away soon =] good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
i think you change them usually after you brush and keep them on all day but eventually you get used to them and if im correct you have a tooth that needs to come down and by keeping them on often the tooth gets to where it needs to be sooner!.!.!.good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
