How often should I wear these rubberbands?!
Question: How often should I wear these rubberbands!?
So, I went to the ortho today, and I got rubberbands for the first time!. Ive had braces for a long time, and I just need to wear one basically across my mouth where you could see it clearly if I would talk, it looks a little like this /, a slant across my front teeth!. My ortho said to only wear it at night, but should I wear it during the day too, to speed up the time!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your ortho is trying to correct our midline with this elastic!. He probably told you to only wear it at night b/c he didn't want your midline to shift too far in the other direction!. I would only wear them at night, if yo wear them all the time, you risk prolonging your treatment!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
