Answers:
You should be more worried about the effects of the fake sugar on your body!. Think of it this way, if you take sugar and then chemically change it you end up with only chemicals which is what splenda is (most diet sodas are now sweetened with splenda) they make it seem like it's good for you, but it's actually horrible!.

My advice, stop drinking diet and drink regular soda sparingly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The thing that makes soft drinks bad for your teeth isn't really the sugar (I mean, orange juice has more sugar than a coke)!. It is the acid!. All carbonated drinks have carbonic acid (from the carbon dioxide that is dissolved in the water), and most of them also have either citric or phosphoric acid!. All of these acids eat away at the enamel on your teeth!. If you drink soft drinks, and are concerned about your teeth, you should rinse with water after drinking them, or brush your teeth after drinking them!.

The most dangerous thing for your teeth is to sip on cokes (or diet cokes) all day long!. If you are continually drinking soft drinks, your teeth are doomed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it it!. Any product that is loaded with sugar is bad for your teeth!. Most people sip on beverages rather than drink them all down at once!. Dentist will tell you that this bad for your teeth because you are constantly exposing your teeth to a bad substance which can lead to cavities!. You are supposed to just go ahead and drink the beverage rather than milkin it all day and then drink water afterwards to clean your mouth out!. Its okay to sip water all day but nothing else really!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes its just as bad , its the acid thats in your pop that is bad for your teeth , try this experament, take a small bone from a chicken and place in a glass of pop and leave it there over night , when you look at it in the morning it will be soft , if you leave it there longer it will start to go bendy, this is what happens to your teeth , ok so you dont leave your nashers in a glass of pop over night , but it is the same build up effect which happens to themWww@Answer-Health@Com

Any dark drink will cause you to have stains on your teeth!. It's made with the same sugar as the regular just less I think!. Needless to say if it has anything in the ingrediants that end in -tose thats sugar; therefore, it will give you cavities!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, my dentist is constantly telling me that it is the acid in pop that is really bad for your teeth, not necessarily the real or imitation sugar!. And both diet and regular pop have acid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

diet is just as bad as regular!. my advice to you is stop drinking soda and drink water and juices that are not high in sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
