Hard to take off invisalign trays?!
Question: Hard to take off invisalign trays!?
has anyone else experienced this!? I just got them today and its difficult to remove both bottom and top trays!. Does anyone know an easy way to remove them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you first get them, they'll be tight!. I had this too when I got my buttons on!. In the Invisalign packet, they tell you to pop one side off first with your fingernail(near your molars) and then pop the other side off next!. If you've got buttons on, it's easiest to pop it off together!. Mine works the best for my lowers where I get my fingernails underneath those eye teeth(the canine teeth) and gently push up!. It pops off completely!. I tried popping off one side and then the other but I actually cracked an aligner doing that!.
Same goes for the top!. Pop it off at the eye teeth or the ones next to those!. It should come off nicely!. It's easier if you've got fingernails to work with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
