Answers:
you should try nail polish remover!. get some and put some on a cotton ball and put it on the tips of your fingers multiple times a day!. the nasty taste will help you to stop biting them =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've bitten my nails for as long as I can remember, particularly when I'm nervous!. Try to think when you're likely to bite your nails and prepare yourself not to beforehand!. A lot of stopping comes down to your will power too!. But yeah, a nail polish could indeed discourage you but you might find the other things an important part of the stopping process!. I hope this helps, even though it's not exactly what you asked :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

man you better yourself to a walgreens and buy yourself some for like a dollar! lol no i'm kidding!. but yeah ingernail polish helps!. also chewing gum helps as well!.!.don't ask me why but it does!. so before you start polishing you should try chewing gum!. if that doesn't work, then go to the nearest walmart or walgreens kmart, target, chinese beauty supply, grocery store, i mean nail polish is everywhere and ranges from !.99 to $20 depending on how good a brand you buy!. for you!.!.!.i'd go with the !.99 or cheaper!. (clear coat)

hope this helps!. and good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
