DONT DO ANYTHING! Especially with braces on! I thought if i doubled my rubber bands it'll help my teeth come down quicker, instead i broke the hook TWICE! so now i have to be extra extra careful!. Just be patient because i bet you haven't worn them as long as i have!. Let the doctors handle it, just sit back and let them handle it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
