Sports drinks are the worse for your teeth but soda isn't good for you period!. Baking soda doesn't hurt your teeth they actually have an arm and hammer baking soda tooth paste and its my favorite kind!. Best thing to do would be to ask your dentist about these things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No!. My friends brush their teeth with baking soda!.!.!.just dont do it TOO much!. Also, peroxide is fine!.!.!.just dont use too much or you might get sick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
