Do spacers come out?!

Question: Do spacers come out!?
Hi!. I'm getting some *sarcasm* lovely spacers for braces this Thursday!.
So, I was wondering!. I know they hurt for a day or 2 (my friend has had spacers recently), but do they, like, fall out, or come out!? If so, what do you do when that happens!?
And I know that the orthodontist takes them out, but I'm talking about if they accidentally come out at home!.
Any serious answers are appreciated! (NO RUDE ANSWERS, PLEASE!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
actually i just got spacers this morning and my two top ones fell out about 10 min!. after i got them in!. but my ortho said that i have enough room!.

they do hurt if your teeth are sensitive, or if you have absolutely no room, b/c its tight!

if they come out, call your ortho see what he/she says and follow their directions, they know best!!

dont pull them out yourself!! if they annoy that much take some advil!. or put yourself in a happy place! lol!. try to take your mind off it them! your ortho will be mad if you take them out before the time your supposed to get them out!. it will just take getting on the braces process even longer, if theres not enough space!.

good luck with everything! hope this helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

when i had those a few would accidentally fall out here and there but my orthodontist never really made a big deal out of it or anything, I suppose all that means is that your teeth are spaced enough haha!. If you're concerned when they fall out, you can probably call your dental office and ask what to do, but i'm sure it's no big deal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If they come out just give them a call and they will get you in to have them replaced!. They can also show you how to put it back in yourself using floss if you ask them, just make sure you know what teeth they are between!. If you happen to loose one the day before your appointment don't worry about it, you will be fine!. Hope that helps some!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yep, they do fall out occasiononly but if placed in correctly, they are really wedged in and won't fall out!. YOu should only need them for a couple weeks, so don't even sweat it!. They usually fall out when the teeth move fast and they are not wedged in tightly any longer!. SO if your orthdontist leaves them in too long, they have a better chance of falling out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

mine didnt fall out at all but they hurt just call them to put them back in!.!.!.!. but be careful so they dont fall out because it hurt to get them back in when you are already soreWww@Answer-Health@Com

They hurt for more than a day or two honey!.!.!.They'll hurt for 3-4 days!.!.!.6 days at the most!. You call them and they'll put them back in for you if they fall out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
