Do I need to worry about a yellow-brown tooth?!

Question: Do I need to worry about a yellow-brown tooth!?
One of my back molars has turned partially yellow-brown in the last six months!. I brush my teeth regularly, floss and hardly eat any sweet or acidic foods, so I don't know what the cause could be!. Its not causing me any pain, and the only variation from my other teeth other than the colour change is that it feels ever so slightly less smooth!.

Is there any way to fix this!? Is it a problem!?

Thank you for your help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Do you do the following: drink alcohol, tea or coffee!? Do you smoke!? If so, then these can cause your teeth to be yellow / brown!.

If you drink coffee, I would suggest stopping!. Using it to replace sleep, is not a wise decision!. I understand that you may have a busy life, but there are other things you can do to stay alert!.

If you smoke, stop!. Not only is smoking bad for your lungs and overall health, your teeth will be yellow-brown, due to the tar!.

Also, you may need to brush a little more vigorously in the area where it is problematic!. Try a mouth rinse that kills plaque and gingivitis, as part of your routine!. It's not necessarily necessary to use it twice a day, but it should not be a problem if it is used!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you drink a lot of coffee or tea you could be staining the tooth, also certain antibiotics can discolor teeth!. To be on the safe side, I would go see your dentist!. It could be something more serious which needs a filing or the tooth could be dead, and need a root canal!. Don't wait for the pain which could come if it is something more serious!. Get it checked right away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can use whitening pre rinse before you brush your teeth or baking soda and peroxide!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
