Question: Wisdom teeth out, gonna go go-karting!?
I got my wisdom teeth out last thursday (the 24th) and me and my friends were gonna do some go-karting tomorrow!. I'm a little worried about dry sockets, especially because I'm in texas so it'll be around 100 degrees, and the dentist told me to stay out of the heat!. I haven't taken pain pills since like saturday and the swelling is pretty much gone, so I think I should be ok but I just want to make sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's been less than a week, so you might want to be sure the the extraction sites are fully healed!. Are you seeing your oral surgeon again!? Do you still have stitches!? You might give him/her a call!. If you exert yourself and lose your blood clots, you may get dry sockets,which are a nightmare!.
