Answers:
You have gingivitis!. Make sure you floss properly daily!. After a few weeks, the bleeding should subside!. If not, call your dentist for an appointment!.

Also, brush twice daily (including brushing your tounge) and try Listerene!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to completely change the way you brush your teeth by using the following technique:

-for all of the "outside" side of your teeth the brush should be held horizontally and brush ONLY with vertical moves, up and down, from the upper basis of the gum, over upper teeth, over lower teeth!. till lower basis of the gum and then backwards at least 12 times for each group of teeth!. If you brush with right hand the toothbrush will be held as you imagine you hold your right hand on a pair of skis on your left shoulder, and for the teeth on the right as you hold the skis on your right shoulder!.

- for the "inside" side the toothbrush has to be held vertically, and brush VERTICALLY, up and down, every single tooth, 8-10 times, beginning from molars, then advancing to frontal teeth and back to the molars on the other side!. For upper as for lower arcade the same!. You'll hold the tooth brush as you'd hold a flute, with hairs out and upwards for upper teeth, and out and downwards for lower teeth!. When brushing the upper frontals it will tickle a bit in the beginning!.
It is important to start new technique with a soft toothbrush!. Substantial bleeding will occur first time, but if you'll brush like this twice a day, you'll notice that the bleeding will decrease impressively!. In 2 days there will be a notable decrease in bleeding compared to the first time you used this technique!.
Stick to this technique of brushing all your life, even if bleeding stops!. Also, after 2 months change the soft toothbrush with a medium one, and in time even with a hard one if you feel like it!.

For better results remove tartar before starting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You obviously have gingivitis and need to go to a dentist for a cleaning first!. Then you need to brush at least twice a day and floss!. Flossing cleans in between the teeth and under the gums where the tooth brush cannot reach!.
The gums are bleeding in reaction to the plague(bacteria) left on the teeth when you don't brush properly and often enough!. Especially at night!. That's the most important time to brush!.
If you don't do this it will get worse and the teeth can start getting loose and fall out from a more serious condition called periodontal disease!. Right now just your gums are infected but left untreated periodontal disease will ensue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The mouth is a busy place, with millions of bacteria constantly on the move!. While some bacteria are harmless, others can attack the teeth and gums!. Harmful bacteria are contained in a colorless sticky film called plaque, the cause of gum disease!. If not removed, plaque builds up on the teeth and ultimately irritates the gums and causes bleeding!. Left unchecked, bone and connective tissue are destroyed, and teeth often become loose and may have to be removed and gum infections develop!. In a healthy mouth there is a natural balance of these different kinds of bacteria!. In periodontal disease a harmful group of bacteria begin to dominate!. Their levels of toxins continue to increase causing an infection that can damage the gums !.Healthy gums are pink and firm and do not bleed easily!.

i had that too recently and its coz of using a hard toothbrush and also coz of what i eat, or rather dont eat and i had to have surgery twice with lots of stitches in my mouth and it was the friggin most painful experience of my life and im only 15 :S
i would advise you to use a softer brush and dont put alot of pressure when brushing!. my dentist said that i should use normal toothpaste rather than the whitening one coz that has lots of chemicals that arent good for weak gums and also try to eat lots of proteins and stuff that contains iron!. and its also good to chew on hard/ chewy foods every once in a while like meat or toffees to get ur gums stronger also!.
id really advise to start doing this asap u wouldnt want someone cutting up ur mouth its horrible and the dentist said that if i didnt have the surgery, my teeth would start to fall out in 20 years time coz my gums wont b able to hold them up anymore!.!.!. the bleeding was like a sign!
hope this helps and sorry if i freaked u out :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're not brushing hard enough!. If you brush liberally long enough, your gums will build endurance & they'll stop bleeding!.
Or you shouldn't brush as hard!.
Go to your dentist if you're really concerned and stop asking the internet for answers a professional should know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just keep brushing it regularlly!.

This is usually normal, but you can go to the dentist if it doesn't go away!. Your gum can be a little infected because of bacteries, but keep brushing and it would go away eventually!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

MY dentist reccomended I use Sensodyne 2 brush my teeth with, it's EXPENSIVE but WORTH it!.!.!.and he gave me sum prescription 2 brush my teeth with at night too!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it kind of depends, sometimes my gums bleed but not like a super a lot, so normally its just when i dont brush my teeth for a while but a good smart person (not like myself) would go to your dentistWww@Answer-Health@Com

It could be gingivitis, which is basically inflammation of the gums!. It can be prevented by brushing and flossing regularly!.!.!.Try seeing your dentist and buying a softer toothbrush!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
