What are some signs that you're getting your braces off soon, other than the obvious "the orthodontist tells you"!? Changes in normal procedure, anything different done to your teeth at a normal check-up!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I haven't been to that stage yet, but I have heard that some orthodontists put a "finishing" wire on, which is your final wire that you will have, and the thickest that you will ever have, so that may be a sign :) Also, if you have rubberbands, its a sign that your teeth don't need to be worked on, but your bite, which is usually the final thing they work on!.
