Rubbing the bark of walnut tree brightens the teeth!. they have baking soda and hydrogen peroxide toothpaste, by arm & hammer, and it works really well!. it's just toothpaste, so i don't think it would do any hardcore whitening!.

Your dentist and I would strongly recommend that you do not use any tooth whiting toothpaste or mouthwash whilst you have braces!.

Like others have pointed, get the braces off before you get your teeth whitened!. The chemicals in teeth whitening susbstance may cause problems with your braces and teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't whiten your teeth until you get your braces off otherwise when you get them removed your teeth will be whiter on the area you didn't have braces and the little squares of the braces will be a different shadeWww@Answer-Health@Com
Its not a good idea to whiten your teeth with braces on!. Schedule and appointment with your dentist shortly(Not that same day) after you get your braces off to have them whitened!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
