I have a broken bracket on my braces!!?!

Question: I have a broken bracket on my braces!!!?
I've already broken 2 brackets in the first month and last night when i was eating tortilla chips and salsa one on the bottom broke!. I positioned it so its up against the tooth it was on and havn't told my mom yet!. She usually freaks out about these things and wouldn't be very understanding!. When I go back to my ortho should I act like I had no clue it was off and be "surprised!?"Www@Answer-Health@Com

Be truthful!.You're bound to break brackets a lot when you're wearing braces, you just have to watch what you eat and be careful!.Hey,wanna make yourself feel better!?Each time I go to the dentist, they get annoyed because I break 5-6 brackets each time through!.I'm trying to be more careful, but I know I'll at least break 2-3!.

Just be careful, try not to break any more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, you will risk your teeth going back to the way they were!. Just tell your mom that something is loose in your braces and need the orthodontist to check it immediately!. This happens to a lot of people with braces so don't sweat it, just don't neglect it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just tell her and get it sorted

i was in the same position but i didn't tell my parents then another broke and it was kind of obviouse

its better to tell them than them finding out themsleves

u need to get them fixed anyway so u might as wellWww@Answer-Health@Com

it's just the bonding between your teeth and the bracket that had buckled off!. no need to worry your orthodontist will definitely notice it!. It's very common for this to happen!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, it is definitely better to tell the truth!. That way they can fix it for you right away!. I've eaten crunchy stuff but I've never really broken off a bracket!. =/Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's better to get it fixed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
