ok!.i just went to the dentist today, and he told me i needed 11-15 fillings!.!.!.!.but im sh*t scared of the dentist!!
im 13!!
can i get anything to calm me down or sumthing!?!?!?

The fillings shouldn't be too bad because they will numb your teeth!. Your dentist may allow you to listen to music through headphones or something like that to help take your mind off of the work being done!. Ask about it!. You also really need to talk to the dentist about why you have so many cavities though! Pain is not the only reason you want to avoid tooth damage!. Ask your dentist what you can do to better care for your teeth! If you don't brush and floss or you drink a lot of carbonated beverages (soda) you may need to change your habits to protect your teeth long term!. You're really young to have so many cavities!. Chances are you wont get all those fillings at the same time, so don't worry, the filling procedure should not be painful as your dentist will use an anesthetic, you can also ask about Nitrous Oxide sedation to help you relax throughout the procedure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It doesn't hurt to get fillings!. They usually numb with you Novacaine unless you request them not to!. Just take some painkillers before the Novacaine starts to wear off!.!. don't worry, I had five fillings done not long ago!. Make sure you take better care of your teeth! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
