ok i am so confused!.!.i asked this question earlier and i did receieve really good answer but i dont know who to believe to!.!.!.half of the people say that crest night effect is really bad for your teeth and it doesnt work and half of the other people say that it is the best product and its amazing
i really want to whiten my teeth!.!.i nedd it realy bad! so this crest night effect is my only choice bcuz its not really expensive and i dont have enough money to bleach them!.!.!.!.
but if tis bad i dont want to ruin my teeth im still young!.!.!.

i dont like creat night effects!. they dont work all that great!. i say try the strips or the new trays!. i think they're made by listerine or aquafresh!. something like that!. you can use aquafresh whitening toothpaste!. the works really well!. and if you che whitening gum twice a day everyday for four weeks it will whiten your teeth!. but not all that much
