Question: Just got braces and im hungry!!?
okay i just got braces and i was wondering of some soft foods to eat!?
i have:
mashed potatoes
corn meal
applesauce
baby food

anything else!? please! im hungry! lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey! well i just got my braces off and dont worry! you will get them off because time flies by soo fast when you have them on! The foods that you have are great! Make sure when you get your braces tightened you also eat those too because it is a pain! Not to scare you butthere will be times you want to rip your teeth out! its also good to have some comfort food which seems you have a few already!. I recommend that you eat those food you listed above and to add to the list: soup, smoothies , and ice cream!
Also after maybe 2-3 days it'll get better!. I know it did for me and i went on to eat pizza, chicken, fries, lots of fruit! make sure to drink water too or cold drinks because for some reason it felt good on my teeth haha!. So good luck and eat those foods after your appointments if you get your braces tightened and for now since you are getting used to your braces! :)

first of all take some ibuprofen or tylenol!. It will help with the pain!. any of the foods you listed are good, how about pudding or ice cream!. don't worry this pain will only last about a week then you won't have to worry about it til you get your braces adjusted again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u can eat some mashed potatoes and apple sause is really good!.

mostly hot mashed potatoes is what I could eat!.

ice cream is good!. lol!. u can eat soup because its really good!.

I ate a frosty from wendy's the day i got braces and it was great!. it tasted sooo good and soothed my mouth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do they hurt!? I mean, you are allowed to eat whatever you want!. just no caramel or anything real sticky!. You don't have to have a diet of soft almost liquid food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make a healthy shake out of the following:

plain yoghurt
cottage cheese
frozen fruit
fruit juice concentrate
milk

The protein in the cottage will help it to be more filling!.

You could also try soups!.

yu can pretty much eat what ever you want!. after I had mine we went straight to mcdonalds! try some things out!.!.!.if it dont hurt, go ahead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
