So this august i have to get this thing in the top of my mouth for 4 months!. do u think any of u know the name of it!?
u can't take it out and every morning u have to take a key and turn the thing so it will make your mouth less narrow!. think u kno what it is called!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i had one for a year!.
but i had the zigzag kind, not the kind with the key!.
note of advice: don't eat too much dark meat chicken or turkey while you have it!.
