Why do filling break down?!
Question: Why do filling break down!?
Answers:
Amalgams tend to break down due to what is called leakage!. Unlike the white fillings, these fillings are mechanically boded to the tooth, not chemically!. Although they last longer, silver fillings will leave a metal like taste when they begin to breakdown!. The white fillings are boded with chemicals making it less likely for leakage, but more susceptible for stain and chipping!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
