yes Tori's need to be excised! The procedure is very simple they are removed with help of burs(motor operated) !. yes you can talk and do all the eating after the treatment only few precautions to be exercised like avoid too hot and cold and hard stuff in that particular area for week or so! Do not scrub that area and do not rub your tongue in that area for few days as the wound is healing! Do take the antibiotics and analgesics as per the dentists prescription ! Yes stitches are involved but they are needed according to the size of tori!Www@Answer-Health@Com
