omg my teeth are so sore! ive never felt this kind of pain before! Does anyone know hat I can do to make it hurt a little less!? HELP!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes taking tylenol will help, although I know it is extremely painful to get braces back on! Most often, you just have to toughen it out and wait for your teeth to hurt a little less in a couple days!. =(Www@Answer-Health@Com
floss and brush really well, and also make sure to avoid crunchy food like chips, and sticky food (hard candy, Nerds, gum)!. hope i helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
you could take an ibuprofin i did that last night for braces related problems too lol

this may sound kinda crazy but when my teeth hurt i chew on something!.!.!.like!.!.!.when a baby teeths they chew on stuff!.!.!.same concept!. Try gum or something!.!.!.it will hurt for a second but just let yourself get used to it!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Omigosh i KNOW!! I've had my braces for a year now and at first they hurt like HECK!!!Relax, stick to soft foods, and take tylenol/ibuprofen as much as possible!! I hope you feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
