I am supposed to wear mine EVERY night, so yes, you definately can!. Your orthodontist will tell you if you are or are not supposed to!. I wear the clear mouth guard-type retainer, and it stays on my teeth pretty tightly all night!. Never had any problems!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yeah, that's what I did!. Nothing bad happened!.!.!.some people drool like crazy, I didn't!. LOL!.!.!.!.
The first thing I do in the morning when I take them out is to be sure I'm at the bathroom sink cuz you'll have lots of spit and it'll smell bad! I rinse and brush my teeth right away!.

you totally can! it keeps your teeth straight all the time!. and at night sometimes they move naturally but ask your orthodontistWww@Answer-Health@Com
