How do you use Crest Whitestrips Premium Plus?!
Question: How do you use Crest Whitestrips Premium Plus!?
I read the box, but it doesn't say how to use them!. I am wondering if you have to wait a certain amount of time before or after you eat to apply them!. Also do you have to brush your teeth before or after you use them!?

There should have been a little insert inside the box that gives more detailed instructions!.
I bet you could go to crest's website (my God, it's 2008, they should have one by now) and get instructions!.
I would brush my teeth first, but not after!.!.!.and I wouldn't drink anything dark (soda, tea, cranberry juice, etc) after using them because the pores in your enamel will be open and more prone to staining!.
I just got my teeth professionally whitened and that's what they told me!. I'm sure it's pretty much the same thing!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

WELL THE BOX COMES WITH A LIL GUIDE,TELLS U EVERYTHING U NEED TO KNOW, BUT WELL TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS!.!.!.THERES NO CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME OF WHEN U SHOULD EAT OR NOT,BUT U CAN'T EAT WHILE YOU HAVE THEM ON OBVIOUSLY!. YOU HAVE TO BRUSH YOUR TEETH 30 MINUTES B4 YOU PUT THEM ON I BELIEVE!.!.!.(I USED THEM A WHILE AGO!)
