it says get a 8 oz cup of water !.!. i did it cold i think it was supost to be warm is that going to hurt me !? one more question do i have to put all eight ounces in my mouth on do i just do it once or a couple times oh and can i redo it with warm now or should i wait!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes - warm water and a little salt!. But don't wash out where the tooth was pulled too much - it's in there building new bone!. That means you have to keep the big blood clot in tact!.

no do a 4oz at a time and dont swish!. just move your head from side to side and spit!. I just had 2 teeth pulled 2 day so i know what you have to do!. say no to smoking and drinking from a straw, dry socket is very painful!. or so im told!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Use the 8 oz of water!. What you use is no more than what you would to gargle with until the whole 8 oz is gone!. Put a little salt in there too!. Half a teaspoon should do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
