Question: What is the best way to get your teeth whitened!?
i talked to my dentist about teeth whitening, and she says that the only great results i will get is if i pay like $500, but i think that would be a dumb choice!.
What DO IT AT HOME pack do you recomend and what do you think pays off well!?

Many people get good results with "over the counter" kits available at drug stores or walmarts or even some grocery stores!. It's safe and much less expensive!. If is doesn't work to your satisfaction, you can always save up and visit the dentist (which is a guaranteed quick fix)!. I would recommend using a product made by a well known company such as Crest!. Their whitening strips work well for most people!. Other products available utilize gel trays!. They work well too!. It's really a matter of personal preference!.

My dentist sold me a tooth whitening kit by (I think) Crest that cost $60 and he said it was much stronger than the ones sold at the drug and mega stores!.(Walmart,Target, Kmart)!. It worked very well and I could see the results in a couple of days!. The whole procedure took about 2 weeks to a month!. His dad has had the dental office for over 20 years with an excellent reputation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
