My gums are swollen from toothbrush irritation...what can I do to make the swell!

Question: My gums are swollen from toothbrush irritation!.!.!.what can I do to make the swelling go away!?
I got braces about three months ago and bottom braces two months ago!. I started to notice that my gums are getting swollen and sore from toothbrush irritation from when I brush my teeth!. I know it's not gingivitis or any other gum disease!.!.but just from my tooth brush always rubbing across from it!. I also had a lot of gaps in my teeth and they have closed up so I am wondering if it is just from my teeth moving close together and my gums are kind of "bunching" up!.!.and if that is the case will it ever go away!?!? Please help!.!.or any tips on how to make the swelling go away!? Or tips on how to not have so much irritation!. ANY help is welcome!. thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow, I had the EXACT same problem!.
After I got my braces off i went to see my dentist told me that my gums got inflated because not enough flossing and they gave me this special kind of mouthwash!.
It did go down a lot but my gums are still kind of swollen!.
But, they told me the only way swelling can go down completely is to get gum surgery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

all you need to do is get some hot/warm water with salt in it and gargle it!. THATS IT! it also helps when you jave a cold!. :)

AND IT REALLY WORKS! :0Www@Answer-Health@Com
