The dentist has a certain kind you can buy it in the store but it is not as strong!. I forget what it is called but the dentist makes molds of your teeth and you get these flimsy plastic retainer looking molds to put on your teeth at night (of course you put the gel in them first) and then it comes with toothpaste and mouthwash I think!. You are supposed to do it in 2 separate intervals of 4 hours each but I just put them on before I went to bed and it worked great-visibly whiter the next day and by the end of the month they were very white!. So ask your dentist, it will be a little more but it must be cheaper than doing it at the dentist or my mom would have done that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
