I should after to make my breath clean and minty-fresh!.
Or should I do both so I get the best of both worlds!?

Answers:
I do both!.!.!.I hate morning breath!.!.!.and no, you will not be wasting your time!. I have always brushed my teeth 4-5 times a day!.!.!.!.when I go to get my six-month cleanings, my dentist always tells me it is such a shame I am not a dentist's wife!.!.!.as he would appreciate how well I take care of my teeth!

Like my mom always used to say, "If you take care of your teeth, they'll take care of you!"

I fully expect to have all my teeth when I am 90!

Breakfast may taste disgusting if you brush your teeth, and if you don't brush your teeth, it may still taste disgusting!. I suggest rinsing your mouth with just plain water before breakfast to get rid of the disgusting taste in your mouth!.

Then after breakfast you should brush your teeth to get rid of the bacteria from overnight and clean your teeth from what you just had for breakfast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Brush after breakfast, that way you get rid of both bacteria that built up during the night, and bacteria built up after eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

after!. i think brushing before and then eating is a waste of time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
