what color!?
i dont want one that stains VERY easy or gets shows food when i take pics!.

Answers:
Colors that you most certainly want to avoid at all costs is:
Yellow, Clear, and White!.
*Yellow: Makes teeth apear yellow
*Clear- Gets all nasty and well eventually have a tintish color of yellow on it!. Again making your teeth alwasy appear dirty
* White- Eventually turns yellow!.
Also try to stay away from Black & Brown there just too dark and don't look so good on teeth!.Also here are some braces tips!

1!. Before you go to get your braces put on some chapstick!. (They have to put lip stretchers in & it makes your lips very chap)
2!. Always brush your teeth after every meal (Including lunch at school) Food is most certainly going to get stuck almost every time!. I recommend you bring one of those mini tooth brushes with you to school!. You can pick up compact toothbrushes and little tubes of toothpaste at Wal-Mart or Target!.
3!. Your teeth are going to be really sore for the first few days, stock up on soft foods like Yogurt, bananas, muffins etc!.
4!. RELAX- Everything will work out and in the end you'll have a beautiful smile :D

i always always ALWAYS got clear/white traintracks!.!.!.my brackets on my top row were actually clear, except for the little metal bit where the wire runs thru!.
people say that clear/white stain really easily!.!.!.and they do discolour!. actually, all colours will discolour over time you just notice it more with the clear and white kind!.!.!.HOWEVER using the clear or white traintracks never made my teeth look stained, yellow, dingy, or anything like that!.
no matter what colour of braces you have , if you get food stuck in them which happens quite often it will show!.!.thats regardless of colour!

I try to get a dark color because light tend to match with your teeth!. So I got dark pink!. You can try dark colors so it wont show as much!. Brush 3 times a day and avoid too hot or cold stuff!. no gum they'll stick ^^!.!.

when i got my braces,, i usually try every different color when i got it controlled
it is fun changing color every time!.!. well the color you should stay away from is i guess yellow,, i dont like it cause it like cheese in your mouth
n stay away from dark colors,, it just doesnt look nice

First time I tried light purple!. Just do colors you like, it is not such a big deal, because it is just until your teeth are about ready!. Because then they rap your brakets with wire and then you can't see the colors any more!. And the bands do not stain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
