Question: Tooth having ''spores looking/spots''!.What's that!?!?!?

I saw this teenager having black spots on his tooth!.its effected all his tooth and it looks very bad!. when asked he told me it suddently appeared it it cant be removed by brushing his teeth as well!.Boy refused to see a dentist cause he's afraid!.What could it be!?!?!? fungus!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
