I'm sorry but she is really wrong!. A clear retainer does the same job as a retainer except it clear so know one can tell you are wearing them!. Invislaign look like those clear retainers but you have to go back every month to get a different one untill your teeth are aligned!. It's like braces, but they are clear and they pop in and out of your mouth!. Retainers only keep your teeth from moving back after braces!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
They are called Essix Retainers!. One of the cheaper kind!. Not as durable as the wire ones!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
