Question: Can I really not eat Gum with Braces!?

JUST MAKE SURE AND CHEW SUGAR FREE GUM
and thats practically all the kinds that people like
trident, orbit, stride, 5, extra
just dont chew like double bubble or like bubble yum
or anything with sugar

I've had braces for 5 years and always had gum in my mouth!.
Don't worry about it!. You can chew it!. It hardly ever gets stuck!. Even if it does, just use a toothpick to take it out!. It rarely gets caught!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

orthodontics say not to but every one does and they look perfectly fine but chew sugar free gum like orbits or any that is sugar free good luck aim getting braces to!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
