Question: I have questions about braces !?!!?!!?!
well i am getting braces on monday!. do they hurt when they first put them on!? i have spacers now and i want to just rip them out ! what hurts more spacers or braces!? i have heard spacers hurt worse but i dont know!.

Answers:
1) They don't hurt, they just feel soar and different!. It lasts about a week!. Then it happens for about three days every time you get them tightened!. I don't think it was pain for me, it was just discomfort!. Its hard to eat normal foods for the first three days!. So eat soft foods like pudding,soup, eggs, etc!.
2) I did not have spacers when I got braces so I'm not sure, but I've heard its more discomfort then pain!.

Spacers hurt but i think that braces hurt more!. Well it doesnt hurt when they put the braces on but after like at night time they are going to hurt!. For the first week it is going to hurt to eat even like eating a chip hurts!. So just eat soft foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yeah spacers are the worst part, but the braces don't!. at first they may cut our lips inside so make sure you ask for wax!. put that on that on top of the actual brackets so it doesn't hurt you!. you'll feel weird at first but its worth it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
